To ensure your prints come out exactly as intended, please follow these artwork guidelines:

• Files must be PDF or PNG format, 300 DPI or higher, with a transparent background

• Do not mirror your designs 

• Our colour profiles are fine-tuned for bold, vivid output, though exact colour matching cannot be guaranteed

• If colour precision is important, we can supply a physical and digital colour chart so you can adjust your artwork accordingly

• We print exactly what is uploaded, so please double-check your artwork before submitting – reprints will require a new order

• When exporting from vector software such as, disable anti-aliasing and ensure your background remains transparent during PNG export

Artwork requirements:

• Please upload artwork at 42cm x 30cm
• PDF or PNG file format
• Ensure artwork is flattened
• High Resolution (300DPI preferred)
• Transparent background "Remove white Background"
• Any white areas left white (HEX FFFFFF)
• No mirror image (our software will automatically mirror image)
• Copy owned or approved*

Print Purge Line

On our Gang Sheets there will be a CMYK+W purge Line down 1 side of the film this is to ensure all nozzles are firing, when you receive your film and cut out your transfers please discard the purge line strip this is not intended to be pressed. 

Recommended washing:

• 30C – Quick wash cycle
• Turn garment inside-out

* All artwork uploaded for printing must be copyright owned by the user. 

**To try to ensure artwork is as closely matched as possible please provide artwork without any embedded colour profiles. Colours on the printed transfer sheet may vary slightly to those shown on screen due to differences in display screens.
